vw golf td engine and gear box ?

engine and box,engine code is aaz,it runs really sweet,its on 150000 miles but for these engines that is nothing as they r bullet proof.want 350 for it but reasonable offers welcome.do have a brand new timming kit t go on which can b bought aswell
